This is the 1st storage place that I’ve had great customer service with. We’ve had to acquire many storages for personal and our business at times. You often feel as though storages are taking money unnecessarily for little things or late fees when you simply forget. I never had this experience with Storage Sense as the customer is awesome. I had a rep name Rose at the Apopka Fl location and she was absolutely the best, phenomenal. She always went over and above to assist me. She assisted with closing out my storage before I could even call and say I moved out of it. I’m a fan at this moment and recommended all my family and friends. Thanks Rose!!! You are simply the best!
