Nice storage just expensive

I had a great experience; the indoor unit I had was very clean and for not being climate controlled, there really weren’t many bugs, my unit didn’t accumulate dust, etc, it was great. The only reason I had to make the switch to somewhere else is because I can’t afford the constant, increasing prices. I started out paying $94 for my 10x10, which was all the way up to $142 at move out. I also really needed 24 hour access, which wasn’t available even as an additional cost option.

Friend told me about you guys. I decided to pick you guys.

We’ve used Storage Sense to store our college student’s apartment furniture over summers for several years, and now her sister’s college furniture as well. Always very friendly staff and clean secured storage units. Never had an issue!

Relatively smooth process. Had to go in to the office to get gate code. Never received intro call.

I needed help with setting up my account, every call with every person we're so nice, graciously patient, helpful since technology is NOT helper friendly! The office greeted me with a cheerful excellent demeanor.
