My experience with storage sense has by far been much better than some of the other places I've dealt with. They have a customer for life!

Storage Sense was a great option for me when looking for vehicle storage on James Island. They give you payment reminders via text. Staff are friendly and are there during normal business hours to answer questions. I worked with Dottie the most out of anyone and she was always willing to help in any way possible.

Dottie was so helpful when I had to cancel my contract. I had used Storage cents for my sons belongings three years ago, and had an excellent experience then.

Doti and Cari are the friendliest employees! I called a lot of different storage unit places and the people at the other storage places are not as friendly. I had a lot of questions and they answered all my questions. I decided to drive there as they were closing up and about to leave, in this super cold weather they still happily showed me all the units I wanted to see. I signed up the next day because the prices were lower than many of the other storage companies, they don’t up the rents as much as the other places, and they were nice people.

Good overall. Driving around the facility was tough sometimes, not enough room to turn around. Obstacles around corners, boats, trailers etc.

Dottie Fulmer does a great job. She is available, helpful, friendly and accommodating.
