Dottie is the GOAT.

Storage sense is by far, pound-for-pound, the best storage facility on James Island. It’s the best experience I’ve ever had and I’ve stored stuff up and down the east coast. I’ve used various facilities on James Island and around Charleston. Dottie and the team are the epitome of customer-centric management professionals. They ARE what makes Storage Sense Folly Road the class of the industry. One day I will have additional storage needs, and you can bet I’ll be calling Dottie and the Folly Road Storage Sense team when that day arrives. I just hope there’s availability!

Potties and the African American woman really tried to keep me informed about late fees. I was/am are going thru a rough patch but they showed me empathy. When I was trying to close out my account....it was a blessing that the male big manager was working and he went beyond to help me. Dottie is very good at her job. BUT if your computer systems were updated it would have taken less then half the time to complete my application, & i was already in the system!
