June Dawson was extremely pro-active in reaching out to me once I put in my reservation. When I met her at the office she was polite, friendly and well informed. I asked her numerous questions and she answered them all. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I called Storage Sense looking for a better option than the unit I have been paying for years across town. After doing my research, discovered they were the most affordable option and conveniently located less than 2 miles from my residence. After reserving a unit online, I received a call from the store manager, asking if I had any questions. I came to their location a few days later and officially leased the unit. It was a quick and painless process, and I am paying close to 1/2 of my former unit which imposed several monthly up charges over the 2 years I was a patron. I am so relieved to have moved my things over to storage sense, which is a by far a superior product.

The staff is very friendly and helpful my moving was very smooth as was my move out staff worked with me and the customer service was just excellent. June was the best I enjoyed using storage sense to store my stuff stop it Santa no you go sit down stop it

June was our contact person early on before our arrival from Pennsylvania. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and so efficient! She went out of her way to be sure we could access our unit or provide a place to park because our arrival time was much later than originally anticipated! Since we sold our home in PA we have lived in 2 different areas short term to see if they were a good fit for retirement. So dealing with storage companies has been happening even in PA! Without a doubt, June was outstanding to work with through the many different storage facilities we encountered. She was accommodating and very kind during some stressful periods! I would recommend this facility highly if moving to this area around Charleston or Folly Beach. Dottie also helped with additional information and I so appreciated that she asked if I needed help one day when I must have looked bewildered trying to get in.
