Brain was very helpful, answered all our questions and walked us though all the procedures in a very professional manner.

It is very clean and well run. There are plenty of dollies of 2 sizes.

The manager has made an effort for me to understand the policy since I am deaf and I appreciate it.

Storage Sense is temperature controlled, very clean, and secure so we felt good leaving our belongings there. Brian was great to work with. If you’re downsizing, it’s great to have a locker to help with the move. We highly recommend Storage Sense at Pantops.

Had a great experience. Easy move in and very clean space. The elevators and dollies are very helpful. The only slight inconvenience was entering my access code every time I exit the door, but I like how safe the facility is

The guys at the pantops location were incredibly helpful when needing to sign my lease in person. There are plenty of dollies to move a large amount of things with ease and without pain. The bathrooms are clean and convenient, a thoughtful touch not seen in other places. The access codes being required are great security measures as I don’t have to worry that anyone that doesn’t belong there is not able to access the building.

Brian was very helpful as I was renting long distance.

My code did not work the first day and no one called me back. The incline at the door makes it difficult to hold a cart and put the code in to open the door.
