Doug was very helpful and list. He didn’t pressure me to take a bigger unit and explained the process well.

Asked to be put on waiting list. Few days later got a call with just the size we needed. Doug did the adm work efficiently. Was assured water issued was fixed and we’re ready to move in.

I used this Storage Sense location in Endicott N.Y. back when it was Heritage. I had stored items indoors and the location is great for that. Then I moved out after not needing it. Then I put my camper there and it was great for that as well. After Storage Sense took over the location they made improvements on the parking lot and everything has been great. I have no complaints, I only have compliments.
