First time I have been to the facility and or rented from you. I was a little concerned over the fees in comparison to the rest in the area for similar sizes, at first… I was very impressed with security, privacy and convenience! DOUG was the man! I give him all the credit… very genuine person, super nice guy and honestly, I rented there cause of his personality and his customer service! It had nothing to do with the price… keep it up Doug!

Accommodating and professional.

I was a customer a few years back. My service was excellent. I wanted to return but there were no available units. My name was placed on a waiting list and now I am back in. The unit are clean and well protected. These units are some of the best in the area as attested to my difficulty in getting one. Thank you.

Online reservation allowed me to lock in the unit and then immediately get on with my other arrangements that evening. Ashley, on-site, is a fantastic rep for your company and wonderful at customer service, always upbeat, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Facility was well maintained. Temperature and humidity control were a huge plus especially because we moved out on a hot humid day, Staff was always friendly and helpful. Ashley, in particular, was incredibly helpful and pleasant. My one small negative note is that I believe a small amount of gritty debris coated my belongings. I suspect that it came from the roof material somehow. It was definitely larger particals than dust. It wasn’t a problem for me but I thought it would be useful for you to know.
