I have used units here since Sept 2018. The climate controlled nature has allowed me to store books, papers and antiques, as I went from a large home to apartment life. I've noticed in the past year the humidity is not as low as it has been in the past which required me to have to throw out things that were in the unit years before and used annually like my Christmas decorations and winter coats. Every year since 2021 these things were fine and were usable right out if the bins and smelled fine. But when I took them out of unit 10 months after I put them in for the winter this year, I found the mold smell to be so great, that everything cloth had to be washed three times to be usable, and many cloth items and everything paper & cardboard had to be thrown out. So if I have any complaints it's that the humidity has increased destructively in the 10 month and should be fixed. Your employees at the office in Glendale are the best most helpful and kind people. I appreciate them so much for always being there for me.
