For whatever reason we couldn't get in when we needed to, which honestly cost us a lot of time and money. I emailed to find out why so I wouldn't have any more issues and so far everyone's been very courteous and helpful.

Got a phone call from the manager, Jim, after reserving a unit online. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the company. Not a single issue, and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs to get a storage unit ASAP!!
