Website is terrible. Prices r crazy. Larger size storage less expensive than smaller..makes no sense. I was excited as i need the 50% but it would not go thru after many tries. My mom dies and this was added stress. I need indoor storage. Went in person to an amazing staff who also could not get the transaction to go thru but she wouldnt give up..I am patient..finally called for help and got it done for me. I am grateful. Staff was amazing. I was ready to walk and go elsewhere...the facility is safe..my storage floor is gross with rusty mess so i covered it. Being there eased my fears as i will be doing this alone. I can not afford standard rate and will be out when coupon expires. If not for amazing staff I would have walked for sure. What a hassle.

I am very pleased with Storagesense. The entry code was very easy. The temperature was very comfortable and the place was very clean. The only problem I had, was the entry way to get to my unit had a little lip on the tile. I had a difficult time getting the cart over it.

Very happy with experience at Storage Sense. Still have a unit that hopefully will be cleared out in next couple of Months. Last Summer was very humid in there. I feel that you do your best to keep it in control. I have mentioned Storage Sense to some people that at some point may need to use it. It is inside and that was an asset for us and easy to get in and out.
