Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was easy to get in and out of the storage area. I always felt safe going to my unit alone. My only complaint is that there was a mouse infestation. There was a dead mouse in my unit and mouse poop in everything.

I've use this location on/off since 2007. Had 1 hiccup with a previous rental but it was resolved professionally and rather quickly. This time around no complaints. Location is perfect and facility well maintained.
