The staff is beautiful and the security is better since the gate has been fixed however I still think the price is a bit high thank you for the survey

Mrs. Amber from the 1146 EG Miles pkwy ste101 was very pleasant and helpful with me making my reservations.

Started off horribly as the truck I had reserved wasn’t even at the place it said it would be. I drive around all day and went back to the store I went to after the one I was told had the truck had no U-Haul products or anything. The lady working was amazing and went far and beyond for me to make sure I could get a truck asap within my budget and the price I was quoted with. She was amazing her name was Amber and she made me feel so much better. Hope it’s all uphill from here.

I called yesterday afternoon to randomly see if Storage Sense had anymore deals, see the day prior I called everyone in hinesville including storage sense and they commented on the special they had and said you to call back tomorrow. Well I did and the lady who helped me was a doll! She left the unit open with a complimentary lock and processed the entire rental remotely and effortlessly. I have rented several units and this by far was the best experience I have ever had!!

Customer service was always great! So friendly and so Helpful! The unit was perfect and kept my personal things in great shape.
