Move in and move out were very easy. The facility was secured with cameras and a gate that requires a code. Locks were provided and are a type that are hard to break into. Auto pay was easy to setup at the time of moving in. The on-site manager was very helpful when moving in, and then phone customer service was able to help us when moving out as it was outside of business hours. Great experience!

The young lady (Jasmine) that helped me rent my unit was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about their inventory. She was able to tell me what unit was available the different sizes as well. She even took me to view a couple of units and gave me the prices to them.

It was great to be able to conduct all of my business online from the comfort of my home.
