Everything was great and the Manager Patty is very helpful with everything. Need to hire her some help she works very hard with doing everything. Those U-Haul trucks & trailers keep her busy let alone the storage area. The only issue seemed to be the rats in the area new to bring in a contractor to kill them off with a professional exterminator.

This is the second time me and my husband have came back to use this storage facility. Everyone is so nice when greeted, the storages are clean, the hallways are well lit, (we always get the climate controlled ones), and the service all around is exceptional! We always recommend Thai storage to friends and those that are in the military like us that come from different locations to PCS here. The availability and affordability of the storages are what’s best as well! 10/10 recommendation for sure!
