I had two storage units, 37m and 32m These were brand-new mobile containers that were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I was thoroughly satisfied with the overall experience. I opted to rent the entire container to ensure privacy and avoid sharing the space with potentially less considerate individuals. While the facility management diligently maintains the premises, some tenants unfortunately exhibit untidy behavior. I do not hold the facility responsible for this, but rather attribute it to the habits of certain individuals. Lucy and her colleagues consistently demonstrate their commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Great area, wonderful employees and I appreciate 24 hour access to my unit, no complaints whatsoever.

During my recent visit to the facility, I had the pleasure of meeting with the manager, Lucy. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine commitment to customer service. Her warm welcome and comprehensive tour of the storage options allowed me to assess the cleanliness and maintenance standards of the facility. As a result, I decided to increase my rental from one to two mobile units. In my opinion, Lucy is an outstanding sales representative and a valuable asset to your organization. I also had positive interactions with other employees, who consistently displayed courtesy and helpfulness. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this facility to my professional network and personal contacts. Storage Sense should be commended for the caliber of employees they have placed at this property.
