Orlaina has far exceeded my expectations of a person in her position as manager of 500 storage sites. Her relationship with me and other customers I've seen, is one of a desire to go out of her way to help us with any problems. And she is firm enough, in a very pleasant manner, to represent the company's interests as well. As an ex employer, you have a winning employee.

Items in the units were extremely damp. I’m sure climate control is difficult in the situation, but lots of musty wet.
