Your representative exceeded expectations in every manner possible. She was professional, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. But for her expertise and customer service, my move would have been a nightmare. Your organization is lucky to have her as a member of your team. I hope you pay her what she is worth, because losing her would be, in my estimation, a terrible error in human resource management. It is uncommon to have a customer experience as meaningful and pleasant as the one I had yesterday. I may try to hire her away from y’all.

Keke was BY FAR THE MOST AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY, AND CONSIDERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP IN THE GAME!!! And she left this impression on a day where obligations had her up for 2 days and hosting her daughters bday party that night! What a rockstar! And the property manager was as nice and as the bonus she will get when the Big Wigs realize her value! Thanks guys

All of the staff that I've interacted with have heen professional, friendly and helpful. However, I've been a customer at this facility since 2007 and the rental rate has doubled during past few years, making rental very difficult.
