I rented a parking spot for my Travel trailer that was indoors and it was perfect. We are getting ready to move so I no longer need it. It was an easy spot to back in to and get the rv out of. I loved that it was climate controlled so I didn’t have to do much winterizing on my rv. If I’m ever needing an indoor parking spot again, I hope they have availability. Thanks again!!

Well I was calling all over Jackson Michigan trying to find mover for a short trip to Storage Sense. I contacted my brother in Lansing to call me down and help with the move. I went online and I booked a U-Haul truck to rent, not realizing that the address was the same as the storage sense I just rented a storage unit from. When I arrived at the place everything was already ready for me. I didn’t have to go through a lot of red tape because my information was already in their system because of me previously renting one of their unit. Also, I didn’t have to use my credit card because it was also in their system. So, everything was charged to my on file card and in less than 5 minutes I was on my was.

The staff was great, the storage unit was clean and problem free!
