Excellent customer service

I love storage sense, they have an excellent storage facility and it is nice and clean and easily accessible when I need it. My only complaint is that they have very little space available so when I need it to store my car around November I am almost always scrambling to be able to get a space before they are gone.

Heather was professional and positive in all interactions. We were a bit disappointed that our final month could not be pro-rated, as we only used the space for one week.

Polite n helpful to the point

Easy initial rental of the unit, everything went quickly and smoothly. My only complaint in the entire process is that the entry door to the storage building is too small for large items to easily fit through, I had a few pieces of furniture that I had to struggle to get in.

Easy check in, mostly easy moving of furniture. Entry door into the stage building could be much larger and taller, I had trouble with a few pieces of furniture
