The Storage Sense facility on Meridian Road in Jackson MI exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful in assessing my needs and explaining how to use the facility. Security for accessing and using the facility were great. I had a unique passcode to enter. The moving company truck had no problem, as the doors were more than large enough for easy entrance and exit. Each section was well lit, locks worked well on my unit and the garage like door was so light it required little strength to raise. I heartily recommend this Storage Sense facility.

I love the service and the people are so helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend to anyone who asks about Storage Sense.

The employees at this storage sense are extremely nice , helpful and knowledgeable about people’s needs. All I had to do was tell them what I had & they knew exactly what size I needed. With the freight elevator’s & carts it made it so easy to load & unload my stuff. This is the second time I’ve had to use them, 1st time for indoor storage & 2nd for outdoor. The facility is very accessible at all times inside & outdoor & well lit and the price was very reasonable. A lot cheaper than where we moved from. I would highly recommend this facility & location. If I hadn’t had an accident with my pontoon boat I would have still been using this storage facility.

Good on site help

I had a good experience with contacting storage sense. They were recommended by several people when we were relocating our RV to Michigan. One disappointing factor was that when I initially contacted storage sense, I was quoted $31.00 per month. I also inquired about how long that price was good for, and I was told 6 months to a year. When I went over last week to complete the paperwork before taking my RV to the facility, I was advised the fee was $34 per month. I informed the staff of my initial quote, but they said that I was listed for $34 per month, and that she could not change it. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. I was impressed with the good surveillance system in place, and feel confident that my RV will be safe this winter.

This was my 3rd time using this facility and it is always clean and easy to use.
