Quick and professional

My unit seemed to be the only one that was leaking in the area. Water didn't get inside (that I noticed) but every time I had to go to my storage unit, it seemed to be raining. The roof/ledge (whatever you wanna call it) is sloped right above my unit and it was a waterfall at my door. Every time. I could never stay even somewhat dry when I went in the rain, but sometimes it couldn't be avoided.

The staff were always there when I needed them. Whether they were in the office or just a phone call away. They also had a very positive attitude which made communicating with them a lot easier.
