It was a friendly encounter

AJ Melendez was terrific when we got started w Storage Sense Metuchen in Sept 2020. Made the whole process easy peasy. Our storage unit was well located and ideal for our needs. And then, barely 9 months in, the rent went up nearly 20% !!! After we were assured that it would not go up for at least the first year. So we emptied our locker much sooner than we had planned. If not for the rent increase, we'd probably have our stuff there for quite a long time.

Sign in process was easy. Leo is great and friendly. He explained everything I needed to know. Unit is clean and built well. Very easy in and out.

The staff was extremely helpful very kind very courteous and held a unit for me when I had a problem with my car until I was ready to move in

Masks required of renters and employees observed guidelines as well. Painless and efficient processing for a storage unit. Friendly and courteous manager. All went smoothly and quickly. Very pleased.
