I am speaking about my experiance at the Oak Park 8 mile location. They are friendly professional, caring, clean and they are very helpful. I heard about this storage from an experiance with my sister a few years ago she past away and this is were her belongings were. The staff was really compassionate and extended their condolences. That was a heart warming experiance. I never forgot about them or the storage facility.

The guy that originally set me up was not nice nor was his direction is clear but when I came in, Nikki was able to help me it was very nice and answered all my questions and concerns
