I came in last minute today on a Saturday unsure of what exactly I needed and I was nervous and apprehensive about having to store my items however the storage specialist William went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. He has a welcoming friendly demeanor is very knowledgeable and professional I really enjoyed his sense of humor at a time like this he is the breath of fresh air that customers truly need.

I am now moved into a home that is almost twice the rent I paid before. I therefore consolidated my storage from a large to a medium. My customer service rep charged me $20.00 to hold the smaller rental unit. He was new; we found out later that I could have just swapped, but my deposit did hold the unit for me for two weeks until I was ready to move out of the old one.

The staff was extremely helpful and went out of there way to make us feel at home. The company has done wonders with the property. Everything is clean! We hope to store our pop up camper there for a spell while we work on the homestead. I think if you need a temporary storage location, stop by storage sense today.
