I'm a senior an in the process of becoming homeless (THE NEW PANDEMIC). I was looking for a outdoor storage unit and thought that was an impossibility. I stopped in and the intake person who was male I forget name under so much stress was EXTREMELY KIND and HELPFUL. He explained everything to me and I was on my way so much more relieved that I had somewhere to put my stuff and I did not have to go into a scary indoor unit.
