Great customer service

This was my first time renting a storage. We needed a climate controlled space as we had furniture to store from downsizing after selling our home. The website made it easy to reserve the designated unit. The staff was super friendly and provided outstanding customer service! 8 months of storage and never had any issues whatsoever! I really enjoyed storing with Storage Sense. If the need ever arises I will be back, but will also refer friends and family!

went smoothly, set up and made payment online. Then website started having issues when i needed to get a gate code but was able to walk right in the office (after waiting for parking, no spaces for this store except 1 and a handicap) the store clerks helped me right away and got me on my way. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Overall im very happy with my choice of facility for my storage needs.
