Reba and Kelsey were wonderful to work with. We are renting this unit for business storage. Kelsey was great over the phone going through information on the unit and what we needed to do to complete our rental. The next day, I met Reba at the location and she was engaging, friendly, and informative throughout the process. She represented the company in a spectacular way!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful from the original reservation request to the actual move-in and follow-up. We were in a pinch and needed a facility in a hurry and I can honestly say that if we ever need another unit in the future, Storage Sense 873 in Plano will be my first call!
