From start to finish I was treated like a best friend. I was moving from Florida and randomly picked Storage Sense because they were centrally located. The day I moved out...I did not remember that my unit was inside! I was stressed when I moved in. I drove around for about 15 min. Then waited til they opened. She calmed me down as I was very frustrated. She said to just try my key at the unit on my paperwork. She walked me inside..and she was right!! Thank you!

I've had my storage units here for years with very little issues. Being somewhere that long, things are bound to not go smoothly now and then and they always worked with me and made me feel welcome. Would highly recommend

It was a convenient way to store our belongings

We had just purchased our first house and were on a very tight timeline to get our stuff out of the old place. We signed up online for a unit. Online reservations were very easy. We did have a little problem with signing our documents but we called the Pottstown location and spoke to a very friendly lady that helped us out. It was at closing time but she wasn't bothered by that and had no issues staying to help us get into our unit that day. We cannot say enough how great they were to us and would definitely use this location again.
