There was a small snag with me getting in the facility. Within two minutes the situation was resolved and I felt valued.

They are awesome , I had an issue and they were able to accommodate me to the fullest and I’ve had a problem finding a nice storage unit but this one is so nice and they are so understanding I’m so glad I found them!! They also offer different options so u can store your stuff the way you prefer! I love it

I went to the office in Pottstown last Saturday morning to get a storage unit for the first time. The office was closed, but she was working remotely. Lauri literally walked me through all of my options over the phone and let me open up the storage units until we found the perfect choice for me. Lauri took the time to help me and was so caring and kind. She set me up for move-in that night and explained everything in great detail. Lauri is so sweet and she gets the job done. I cannot thank her enough. I would definitely recommend Storage Sense of Pottstown.

I haven't been with storage sense too long but the customer service I have recieved in opening an account has been top notch. Also, the prices are great for what's offered.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Answered all my questions and they were glad to help.

The staff was great. Worked with me and told me when a spot was ready to park my 5th wheel. Loved that there lot was fenced in and had to have code to get in an that there where cameras on the property. I will be back.
