From start to finish our experience was wonderful. We discussed options for sizing and temp control. I had a ton of questions and Lauri was friendly and answered everything. The storage place is clean, and has everything needed to make moving stuff easier - carts and an elevator! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a clean space to store their goods!

We have had our storage unit for 8 years and never had an issue in all those years except a mouse! The office immediately had it solved. The office personnel are always caring and professional - rare these days. The storage buildings are clean, fairly priced and well maintained. We highly recommend Storage Sense for all.

We have two units. One month after we got in… prices went up. And now One is in great shape. The other one now full of mouse poop. But the staff has been great to work with. They are very friendly and nice and have been very helpful.

Everyone in the office has been very helpful over the years & always addresses our concerns ASAP. Laurie has always been a big help when we need extra space. We have the warehouse space next to the office & rent additional storage sheds from time to time. The only reason we r moving out of the 1 shed is because we sold everything inside.

I felt like my needs were priority. I had a great conversation. The staff was pleasant, personable and very accommodating. I do plan on returning for the foreseeable future. Overall, too w notch experience.
