I have rented many storage units in my career, and most of them have been good experiences. I have found that they all offer clean units and easy access. The reason I chose "excellent" for your rating was due to the manager - Heather. She was a joy to deal with, very knowledgeable, polite and just very personable. If all facilities offer pretty much the same accommodations - it's the people that can make the difference.

I always had a pleasant experience with the staff! There were a couple times that I went to the office during office hours and no one was there so that was mildly inconvenient. However, whenever I called and left a voicemail, someone always got back to me the same day. The facility was always clean and easy to get in and out of. Thankfully my living situation has improved and I no longer need storage, but I will definitely store with Storage Sense again if I need to!
