I used storage sense for almost 3 years due to moving away for college far away inside of a new state & I can Honestly say they were great from the start! In the past I’ve dealt with my things stolen or moved inside of other Storages close by but NEVER had ANY problems with storage sense! Utilizing you guys I never had my things moved , they were very courteous & kept me updated on everything as well as called me about my storage a few days before the due date each time so I wouldn’t be late or I could be given a grace period if needed!! Overall I enjoyed having my things placed in Storage Senses Care as they did not let me down! I’ll be happy to use Storage sense again when it is needed, as I've also given others I know personally the green light to use storage sense as they can be trusted & are really helpful! Thanks so much for your generosity I am forever grateful!! ❤️

Renting the unit was very easy online. The only issue I have is the front gate is always open.

I have had a good experience especially with Matt the manager when I signed up & Makayla. Charles has always been helpful. My only issue was paying for a climate controlled unit and going with out AC for almost a year with no financial compensation. That was not Makayla’s fault as I don’t believe she was the manager at the time . I also had a no AC issue a different time , and again no financial compensation for my inconvenience. You might consider rethinking that idea as it is frustrating to pay extra for that service and to go without it. Othe than that I’m satisfied with the facility.
