Paige, and Kathy were wonderful. Kathy showed me the units available, and Paige did everything over the phone within 15 minutes it was completely done and paid for. It was the easiest experience I’ve ever had a storage unit facility I highly recommend Paige and her staff to anyone looking for a unit here in Savannah it was effortless, and the price was better than anyone else in town, thanks Storage Sense Savannah!!!!! Easy move in. Easy move out. Convenient.

Had an issue when initially moving in that was corrected fast and on the spot. When moving out an employee saw us working in ridiculous heat and brought me and my some waters and a candy bar. Completely above and beyond.

Generally very good service but this message is intended to emphasize that your employee Page at your Tibet Avenue, Savannah GA struck me today as particularly service oriented and resourceful. She helped me with a feature of my car that was going to be a major problem for me. She was quick, astute, willing to assist. I gave her no directions. She looked for a solution on the web; found it and implemented it. All this in 5 minutes. I was truly impressed and I asked her how I could commend her to her management. I'm the one who asked. Not she. To her, I believe it was just her usual way of helping customers. Congrats.
