Even though I paid but didn't move in, the staff were extremely nice to me. Circumstances have now changed, I wish I had not canceled.

Office staff are great. Website is not great. I have to re-add units on a regular basis. I also do not automatically received receipts, as requested.

Very easy to maneuver

I moved into storage unit after moving out of my college apartment in May of 2023. The rate then was around $90. By the time I moved out, I was paying $160. The facility is very safe - in order to get in, you must have a passcode to access the gate and the building itself. Overall, a great experience.

We found this Storage Sense on Bert Kouns to be clean, & easy to get in & out of. I will recommend this place to anyone that needs a storage unit.
