Everything was great. The employees were always kind and helpful. The only problem I had was the late fee being so much. I always got paid either the 4th 5th or 6th day after my storage due date and if it was the 6th day I had to pay a $20 late fee. I paid my storage every month but I think I paid $100 in late fees. But other than that if I ever need climate controlled storage again I will definitely use yall.

I have lived all over the USA and rented storage units every where I’ve lived. I have to say this place was the cleanest most organized places I’ve ever rented. Also, a huge thank you to the store manager. She was very informative and quickly had the right answers for me to rent storage. I was self employed and would hire her in a second! Thanks for caring enough to ask! Rick
