The facility is very clean, and perfectly climate controlled. The access is also very easy.

Patsy was amazing. Offered to stay late to help us and went above and beyond with her service.

Excellent facilities and friendly staff

We were going to arrive late and wanted to see if we could be granted late access for a day while we unloaded our moving truck. It was impossible to get the store manager to return a call. I kept being told she was out. So we had to get a hotel for the night and move in the next morning.

I have not one complaint about Storage Sense. They were helpful through my entire experience with no drama.

Staff is very friendly and kind

The young lady was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was indecisive and she did not rush me one bit! Very patient and polite.
