Staff is very professional from start to stop. From explaining the cost, filling out forms and handing me the card with my PIN to get in the storage unit, the experience drives my rating and reason I'd recommend your facility. Even when we elected not to sell my moms house and cancel the rental of the unit, the manager was gracious and so prompt in sending an email confirming the unit was clean. The facility is nice and well maintained. That is great but the staff makes your business successful. I am sure that location is a high performer.
