When signing up it starts off easy, but quickly takes a turn for down hill! I purchased a storage unit online and the following day tried to get access to it. No worker showed up to work all day in the office i stayed on the phone for over 6 hours just getting run around to finally get a valid access code to find out they gave me the wrong size unit!

Love the facility. Safe clean cold storage. Staff is very friendly and helpful!!!
