The ladies up front were very kind and helpful. They made the process a breeze.

Miracle Neal was so helpful and friendly. She was very efficient and made my new renting experience extremely easy. We currently own a large storage space at this location, and I was renting a small space for some temporary furniture storage. She was very attentive and did her work with the rental in a manner which was easy on my time at the business. I would highly recommend this storage business to anyone looking for storage. I give Miracle five stars! A very good employee, well trained in customer service which is a great benefit for the owners. Customer service is not something I get these days and it was refreshing to experience it with your business.

The attendant, Miracle, was very good and even called me back with information when she said she would. I have one comment, I would rather you charge me $2 more a month (for as long as I rent the unit, so it's better for you) than to charge me a fee of $20.00 for the opportunity for me to do business and spend money with you. Not many places charge me to walk in their door, so it sets you apart, but not in a good way. It's nickel and diming and I have always had a problem with that. Cover your costs, of course, but do it where I don't know it.
