Quick, efficient, and very understanding customer service. I was unable to physically get to facility until a couple of days after I wanted to lease units and both Christine and Caitlyn worked with me over phone to confirm.

Christine was a rockstar from the beginning! She went the extra mile to make sure we had all we needed for the rental. She even helped us put through a tough situation with our moving company. Her expertise was invaluable and she is friendly, gracious, and helpful! if we need to rent more storage in the future, I will definitely be calling Christine!

So far everything has been nice

My experience with Storage Sense was most positive! Christine and Katelyn were friendly and professional. When I had questions or concerns, both Christine and Katelyn were patient and took time to answer/explain. The facility was immaculate!

All good, I moved from my 5 x10' to a 10 x 10' at the same facility. Christine was very helpful and moved me to a larger storage room very close the existing room. Easy move.
