I had made a reservation and paid for a 10x10 unit, via phone, with a very knowledgeable customer service rep. Next, drove to the Utica location and was greeted by Marlena, the office manager. She was very pleasant to work with, completing the rental process, in an efficient and timely manner. I really appreciated her going the extra mile in thoroughly explaining the rules/policies in a friendly manner, and taking the time to personally take me to my new unit, highlighting the carts available for use, elevator operation and a long walk to show the 3rd floor restroom location. She handled the entire process very professionaly and is quite an asset to Storage Sense. Thanks from a Happy Customer to Storage Sense and Marlena!!
