Focused on fees not really customer service in my opinion

My experience at Storage Sense was TOP NOTCH!!! Marlana the manager is very personable, kind and always ready to help. Storage can just be storage but Marlana and her team always go above and beyond! Thank you and if I ever need storage again, she will be my first call!

Marlena at the Utica Michigan location goes above and beyond to give excellent customer service! I have used this site for many years and refer friends because of Marlena. Unfortunately, it seems there is not Corporate attention to what happens at the building though where repairs are concerned. One of the reasons I like Storage Sense is because you have to key in and key out. At least that’s how it used to be! Now it seems that the south end of the Utica property doesn’t have a gate on it that locks and it has been that way for several months…VERY DISAPPOINTING!! The employees at this location go above and beyond for excellent customer service to unit renters and it is so sad there is not corporate building support and corporate monies to keep the facility in the same condition as the employees work to keep the customer service!
