Very professional and polite

Jude, Was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It's as almost if I were having a conversation with an old friend. This was my first experience renting a storage facility and I really did not know what to expect. Jude's friendliness and knowledge to point things out and ask my needs of what I would place in storage was very helpful in selecting the size and whether or not I would need a climate control unit. I most certainly would recommend my friends, family, or anyone that lives in the area of Storage Sense in Wayne, Michigan to stop by and visit Jude. She'll certainly make you feel at ease and down home.

My experience with storage sense has been wonderful. Its everything i was looking for to store my things. It was clean, dry, climate controlled with ample room. Management was professional and kind. She answered all of my questions too. I felt like my belongings were very secure with a key code to pass the gate as well as to enter the building and a special lock on top of that. This location was nice. Plus i could make online payments as well. It was great! Thank you
