The associate that helped me was very nice and helpful.

Very accommodating, have a storage right by the door, very easy to load it and get things out, perfect storage for our needs.

The new store manager Gabriella is very good at what she does. She’s very helpful in so many ways I had originally got a 5x5 unit and it was to small and even after I paid for it she still helped me upgrade it to a 5x10 unit and she wasn’t upset with having to redo the paperwork. She even took me to see the actual unit before I even paid for it to make sure that size would be better then the first unit. The storage place company grounds are also very clean, and secured which I like a lot and it made me feel like my items would be protected!
