I have had storage lockers at other locations around town, but this facility has proven to be the best I have come across. I had some bad luck at a facility on Wilkens Avenue, but the security level at this Halethorpe facility gives me peace of mind. I have never had a single worry here. Also the ladies at the service desk are tops, and provide just all around great service. A great service!

It was nice, stress full because I had been sick and still recovering and was unable to make frequent payments without having to pay the full amount at ounce.

Customer service is top-notch! The facility is very clean & they have a large amount of flatbed hand trucks as well as regular hand trucks. It took me hours to move out of my old storage unit from another facility because we could only use 1 hand-truck. It took us about 1/2 hour to move in here because we had several hand-trucks to use. It was easy!!!^Store It is climate-controlled & is easy to around. The hallways are large enough for 2 hand trucks to pass each other. I saw no evidence of bugs or mice either. I am impressed with the facility! I quite pleased!
