Very nice people and very clean

The property manager was lovely and helpful and very professional and showed us everything that could help us even though it took more of her time to do so.

Store-It has the cleanest facilities and the sweetest most attentive employees. Very convenient set up, and the security (gated loading area, code to use elevator and only up to your unit’s floor, just to name a few) is top notch. I always *highly* recommend Store-It. Manager Denise is fabulous and seeing her adorably handsome pup is just an added bonus.

The office personnel are always kind and knowledgeable. The unit and entire facility is always clean. I feel safe going there during late night or early morning hours

It was awesome

From start to finish the experience was great! I loved that I was contacted to confirm my reservation straight away. When I arrived to tour the facility the sales staff member was super friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision or agree to anything on the spot. When I was ready to complete the lease agreement, the process was quick and painless. All the questions I had at that time were answered honestly. It's hard to find service like this these days and is truly refreshing!
