One employee was very helpful and happily answered all my questions about the security of my belongings. Another employee was not so helpful. Instead of answering my questions she asked me why I needed to know and would not disclose security measures.

Access to my storage at extended hours was important to me for my schedule. The storage felt both secure and easy to navigate accessing it. The loading area with the opening doors made things go smoothly also.
