I did my reservation online. Almost as soon as I completed it, we decided we needed a larger unit. We thought we needed a ground floor unit since we are both 70 and want to avoid steps. I called to complete the lease and left a message. The person who called me back was excellent. He told me about the elevators and carts so we went with a second floor unit and saved some money. He completed everything for the lease and send it via email to sign. We also purchased the lock and he made everything easy. This was definitely the easiest transaction for storage I have ever done. Thank you for making it that way. Will recommend Storopolis.

Beckie was very knowledgeable and informative with information we asked about the storage facility she took the time to show us around the different size units. We rented a unit and she completed all the paperwork smoothly, I’d give Beckie a 5 out of 5 stars if I could, we were Extremely Happy. Thanks Again Beckie!
