The staff were kind and helped me switch my storage unit to a ground level one. They also made sure to follow up on anything from the contract that needed to be taken care or explained.

I went in to speak with someone in person because online is not my thing. I was greeted by Aaron at the desk who was amazing from start to finish. I had everything explained to me in ways that made complete sense to me and made me feel confident in my decision to store my belongings there. I was given a tour and shown the exact space I would be renting and made to feel very welcome by others already inside storing their things. The facility was extremely clean and easy to navigate. I will be telling anyone I know needing to rent to check them out.
